Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy on most products that we sell. If you are not totally satisfied for any reason, you can return your product to us for a full-refund. Here are the details on that:
- Products may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
- You are responsible for shipping the return product to us. You cover the return shipping costs and arrange the shipment back to us at the address that we will provide at the time that we authorize the return. We are only responsible for the refund after you get it to us.
- We will refund you for the full initial price paid, that includes standard shipping costs. If you select any special expedited shipping or other special handling, those fees will not be refunded.
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
- Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
- For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Returns requested separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order. Combining separately requested returns will slow down the refund process!
- You must get authorization from us for your return to be eligible for a refund and follow the instructions that we provide. Returns sent without prior arrangement will not be refunded. See the details below to start our simple return request process.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned to Player Wear LLC will be the responsibility of the sender, not Player Wear LLC. We’ll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately we can’t make any promises!
